Question:
Which book genre do you avoid at all costs and why?

Political books. I totally hate them. Too much agendas and dramas, not to forget about spin doctors.

  1. I wish I could enjoy that good mystery!! Now an excellent political drama has all sorts of potential! Funny how everyone is built so differently.. Thank Goodness

  2. I've enjoyed a political read a time or too but they are usually mystery and suspense as well. I stay away from the annoying autobiographies of self aggrandizing politicians.

    Thanks for stopping by.

  3. That would have been my answer a year ago, but then I read Feed by Mira Grant and The Queen's Thief series by M.W. Turner and changed my mind.

  4. OH man. I sometimes don't even read them because I'm not in the mood to read them, plus they get complicated. New follower too. Thanks for visiting me as well.

I never thought about political books. Can't say I've ever tried them, but I'm sure I'd had it. I hate anything to do with politics.

I haven't ever read a political book either (I don't think) though depending on what the book is about I might pick it up and try.

  11. Hm....I actually like political intrigue in historical fiction and fantasy. And since I'm actually kind of interested in politics, I don't mind reading political non-fiction but its rare. But I normally go for the action-packed books :D
Thanks for following, I'm following back :)
