Steve was the center of attention that Friday. The whole class crowded around and begged for his story. They wanted to know what had poisoned him, how he'd survived, what the hospital had been like, if they operated on him, if he had any scars, and so on.

I noticed now one is asking who poisoned Steve. I think that would have been my first question.
