My 2 Cents
Personally, I say, everyone, or at maybe at least every public library should have a copy of this book available for hands on. Bought this book on impulse and yes it is one heck of a very handy book to have around. It does answer alot of allergy related questions one would like to ask, for example, how it could happen or how we can avoid it, or what triggers it and so on. Nevertheless it is an interesting informative read. If you have allergies.. or know somebody who have them, should read this book as well.
Examples of questions available in the book:
♠ What is an allergy blood test?
♠ Which herbal products will help my nasal allergies?
♠ Will I be able to breast-feed my child while I am taking allergy medications?
♠ What is sinusitis, and how it related to allergies?
♠ What is Lactose intolerance?
♠ Can food allergies cause heartburn?
