Teaser Tuesdays

  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

There is Kate with hair and Kate all bald; one of Kate as a baby sitting on Jesse's lap; one of my mother holding each of them on teh edge of a pool. There are pictures of me, too, but not many. I go from infant to about ten years old in one fell swoop.

Maybe it's because I was the third child, and they were sick and tired of keeping a catalog of life. Maybe it's because they forgot.

~; My sister's keeper (Jodi Piccoult)

  3. I know how the character feels. By the time the third one comes along you are doing good to find the camera.

  7. This book is on my TBR waiting patiently for me to pick it up. Your teaser's sad. There's hardly any pictures of me either and I'm the middle child. *chuckles*

  10. Good teaser! I kind of feel that way sometimes too but my mom says it was because they couldn't afford film and then the processing fees!

  12. I want to read this book. This teaser is sad but it reminds me as a mom to pay as much attention to my second child as I do to my first (I won't be having a third).
