Email Forward: Renungan jasmani semasa berpuasa.

Renungan- Jasmani semasa berpuasa.

(v) JANGAN minum air sambil makan.

(i) Makan terlalu banyak (waktu sahur dan berbuka)
(iv) Mengulangi makan sepanjang malam.

(i) Kopi dan teh.
(ii) Air paip masak yang tidak ditapis.
(iii) Makanan yang ada bahan pengawet, pewarna, perasa tiruan seperti burger, sosej, mee segera, air tin & kotak, air squash, nugget dan seumpamanya.
(iv) Makanan masin perlu dielakkan semasa berpuasa kerana ia menyebabkan air bertakung dalam badan (water retention)
(v) MerokokFasa-fasa puasa yang berjaya:

Fasa pertama (2-3 hari):
Perut akan terasa lapar, badan cepat letih, cepat marah kerana kadar glukosa dalam darah rendahFasa kedua (3-14 hari):
Kurang selera makan, senang gelap mata, nafas berbau, lidah menjadi putih atau berdaki manakala badan menjadi lesu.
Fasa ketiga (14-akhir puasa):

(i) Makan banyak (terutamanya daging, berempah, berlemak dan berminyak)
(ii) Makan kerap
(iii) Kuih-muih yang payah dihadam
(iv) Air yang mengandungi pewarna, perasa tiruan

Manfaat puasa yang berkekalan:
(i) Kurang makan kerana perut dah kecut
(ii) Kesihatan bertambah baik

Email Forward: Pastikan Ia Disebarkan

Before hand I like to apologise for the broken Malay and the fact that it is in Malay to begin with. When I have the time and when the internet is right, I'll translate it for you guys :)

PASTIKAN IA DISEBARKAN

My sis in-law penah kena mcm kes ke-2 tu. Rumah dia tiba2 takder air. Masa tu 10.30pm. Tp dia ingat mmg bekalan air terputus, so dia biar jer. Lgpun dah mlm...esok pg dia tanya neighbour, neighbour dia kata rumah dia ada air. So, dia pi check kat meter, rupanya ada org tutup. Dia bgtau my brother & my brother suh dia simpan air dlm rumah, just in case...belikan tong besar isi air.

So, klu mlm2 ada kes camtu lagi...jgn keluar pi bukak paip kat meter. Betul pun..tak smpi sebulan jadi lagi. Kul 10pm dia pegi bilik air, ada air pastu kul 11.30 pegi...air takder. Next day nak pi keje tgk lagi kat meter tu...ada org tutup lagi.

Kes ke-2 dimana punca bekalan air utama diluar rumah dimatikan .

2. Setiap botol di labelkan yang berisi kata-kata.
3. Botol A : "Kamu Pintar, Cerdas, Cantik, Baik, Rajin, Sabar, Aku Sayang Padamu, Aku Senang Sekali Melihatmu, Aku Ingin Selalu di dekatmu, I LOVE YOU, Terima Kasih.

Nah Silahkan teman-teman mencubanya sendiri.
