I’m a fan of the Treehouse of Horror ever since I’ve knew about it. So imagine my glee when I found this little gem lying around, I just have to read it, since it’s Halloween week afterall (yes I need to fill in that gap for #boutofbooks and busy schedule. I need to read!)

2. How many books have you read so far? This is my 4th book.

Two and the half books done!!! I’m not kidding when I say I’m reading skinny books for reading. Of course The Son of Neptune wasn’t that skinny to begin with, but then again That was half way done and I just Threw that in for the read-a-thon. Time to get into bed. I figure the earlier I went in the faster I wake up in the morning.
I’ll get back to reading as soon as I wake up. =^_^=

Top Ten Books I Wish I Could Read Again for the First Time

1. A Series of Unfortunate Events; Lemony Snicket. I don’t have to tell you why if you have read this one. If you haven’t you miss out on a very good book. Somehow I do wish this series would go on some more, but every good thing have to have an end…
2. Harry Potter; JK Rowling. I tend to love reading this one again and again and again, though one of the books within the series annoyed me.
3. The Count of Monte Cristo; Alexander Dumas. One of my favorite classics ever!.
4. The Picture of Dorian Gray; Oscar Wilde. Another one of my favorite classics
5. Memoirs of a Geisha; Arthur Golden. Oh yes.. I remember loving this book as soon as I picked it up.
6. My sister’s keeper; Jodi Picoult. I wish I could go back and pick this book up. As sad as it is. I love the way it picks on my emotion. It’s just hard to find books I get emotional about
7. Narnia Chronicles. Yup, I remember picking on this book over and over when I was still my early Secondary years.
8. King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. I rmemeber hogging on this book back in my Secondary Years too. My librarian was annoyed maybe cause I keep checking this book out hahaha
9. The Three Musketeers; Alexander Dumas. I rmemeber the feelign of reading this book… I want to pick it up again!
10. Oliver Twist; Charles Dickens. The favorite literature orphan.

It’s Monday! What are you reading?
Yes, it has been awhile since I actually participate in this meme. Time to get back in the fun!My internet provider has been behaving very horrid, so I hope you could forgive me in the lack of posting. Other than that, I have been having hectic days, that I have resort to either short stories and comics. Real books are very slow, so… bear with me.

I’m quite a fiction reader, but I dabble with non-fiction in between. What fancy my reading in this genre is mostly Mythology / Folklore. I like culture hence this seems to be a great source for that. Other than that I like to dabble in self-help books, and the How-to books. Those I must have. in e-book version. Why? have you seen how think them how-to books are sometimes.
Religious books are a must in my family household. Those are daily reads here at home.
Architecture, Science, Technology and History are one also part of the sub-genre I would go for due to being part of my favorites.
A friend at work had influenced me in reading Biography and Autobiography. (and actually enjoying them.)

If you like the TV series, this would be a great addition. MTV production. Scott is as juvenile Wolf as he can be, Derek is still a hottie! I can’t wait until #2 comes out so, I could read how the story progress.

Colorful illustrations, love the storyline. I got hook hard and fast. It is a bi-weekly publication for .99 cents. Cheap ehh~ Either way.. I can’t wait to get #02 issue!

The title isn’t kidding you. It is actually packed with half minute fictions for you to read and all of them are awesome-ly (Yes it’s that word again, don’t just just miss me?) dark. I love it. Every single page of it. The chicken one was my favorite, cause it’s just evil! *snickers* It comes with what's under your bed, what's hiding in the closet, to yes... chicken vs egg theory. It's quite cute and good for a quick read here and there.
I forgot who actually told me about this book in the middle of extremely busy, bookless weeks (not actually that bookless, since I actually have books coming my way keeping it’s schedule) but whoever it was, thank you! I honestly enjoy reading this one and I’m putting this up in one with the great books to read for reluctant readers, or if you were trying to get a reading fix in your hectic schedule.

October Horror Fest (v 2011) Begins!
It’s that time of the year again! Let’s jiggle some Horror fun, fun fun. If you hadn’t notice, I am quite a horror buff. *looks at her past post for this year. Um.. not doing much of that genre reading though. Opps… But doesn’t stop me from playing some horror eve.
Let’s do things quiet different this time, shall we? I’m not sure how much different but I’m thinking, what exactly is a Halloween stand for? All that goes bump in the night and not just ghosts… So let’s play this then. As before, I am doing this in all different media versions, book, film, toys, tv, game, comics…. etc.
So what kind of horrors that would attract me like a moth to a candle?
Anything that includes all sort of supernatural, paranormals and the non-supernaturals. whatever that goes bump in the night.. and day; witches, ghosts, monsters, ghouls, shape shifters, ghosts, zombies, etc. I don't really care much if it’s in the lines of Science Fiction, Thrillers, historical, fantasy, new-age, comedy, dystopia, classics, etc. It would still be in my alley of interests.
You got it people. I am excited as it is. It’s October and I have a reason to read and post anything that race that heart rate and pour the sweat from that head of ours.
….Unless you’re headless….
