My 2 ¢ ♠♠♠♠♠

If you are an employer, or as an employee (I mean, somebody is always the boss to their boss, and they themselves is an employee as well, am I right?), you should pick up a copy of this book. It would actually struck a cord to some and lighting light bulbs to some, as well as a good read and guidelines to the rest to the rest of its readers.

It includes scenarios of such situations where people resign from their work and give out reasons of why they do so, with of course… what, why who, when and how it came to be. From lack of enthusiasms, lack of interests, block from trying to progress, terrible working environment, lack of teamwork, lack of took and resources, to poor management, this book actually if read and applied, could actually  correct “mistakes” and giving tips and tricks to a better working environment.

This book is a full worth for anybody, working or not. Get it, read it, apply it, work it. This is a definite keeper. Thumbs up!

Wow... get a copy, or if you could, and budget works, um… get a few copies for circulation and a few for reference. If you are one of those work motivators, please, get this book. I recommend it 101%
